Hello there Ross and Stephen.
I hope all’s well and apologies for the tardy reply – we’ve been on Rottnest over the Easter period with my family (still here as I write).
I am so very pleased – and grateful – to report that the Gasmate barbecue is now working without fault (I’ve cooked on it many times since, without a hitch – pushing it to its limits). It’s an immense relief – after 12 months or so of frustration and unsatisfactory communique with Barbecue Bazaar. I’m beyond grateful for your forensic approach to the matter Ross – and Stephen, thank you ever so kindly for following this matter up and facilitating its resolution. I felt a tad trapped in the vortex there for a while with Barbecue Bazaar. It was proving exhausting.
Thank you ever so kindly to you both – it’s indeed the hallmark of a great company, with impeccable customer service in council with its partners, of whom Ross has personally proved exceptional.
